All-on-4 and All-on-6 treatments are implant treatments that permanently replace missing teeth in edentulous jaws. Fixed prosthetics are applied by placing 4 or 6 implants in the jawbone. Here is a brief information about the process:
Purpose of Treatment:

How to Apply?
- Inspection and Planning: Jaw bone analysis is performed, tomography is taken.
- Surgical Procedure: 4 or 6 implants are placed into the jawbone in a sterile environment.
- Temporary ProsthesisTemporary fixed prosthesis is placed on the same day.
- Permanent ProsthesisAfter 3-4 months, when the implant fuses with the bone, the permanent prosthesis is attached.

In the All-on-4 treatment, 4 implants are placed in the jawbone, while in the All-on-6 treatment, 6 implants are applied. The All-on-6 treatment is preferred when more support and balance are required. Both methods provide a full set of teeth with fixed prostheses.
This treatment is generally suitable for edentulous patients. Patients with sufficient jaw bone density or minimal bone loss may prefer this method. However, suitability is determined after a detailed examination and tomography.
After the implants are placed, temporary prosthetics can be used immediately, but it usually takes 3-4 months for the implant to heal completely and fuse with the bone (osseointegration). During this process, it is important to follow your doctor's recommendations and have regular check-ups.
